Ottawa rang in 2013 with a little extra surge of electricity. The Tony Award-winning musical Billy Elliot kicked off the new year by beginning its run at the National Arts Centre. One of the show’s talented young stars, Ben Cook (who alternates in the title role), wrote a special holiday message to Ottawa audiences.
