Our Commitment To You – Buy With Confidence
The value of your ticket is safe.
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates you will have the option to receive a refund.
Health & Wellness
Broadway Across Canada has a current health and safety plan in place. Updates to the plan will be shared with ticketholders before each performance. All ticketholders are required to comply.

Payment Options
We are pleased to offer two payment options from which to choose for purchasing your subscriptions.
Pay for your subscription in a single payment at the time of purchase.
Break up the cost of your subscription purchase into installments with our payment plan option. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your subscription. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates.

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across Canada® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. The price of each 4 show subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, a $25.00 processing fee, a total of $20.00 in facility fees, and all applicable taxes. The price of each encore subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, a $25.00 processing fee, a total of $15.00 in facility fees, and all applicable taxes.
In planning a season, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. All sales are final. No Refunds.
Upgrades & Exchanges: Subject to availability. The difference must be paid when moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. A refund to the original method of payment used to purchase or renew will be issued when moving to a lower priced performance or seating location. Some restrictions may apply.
Additional Tickets: Additional tickets are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.
Season Option: The Season Option is not included in the Subscription Package. Additional purchase required. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Restrictions may apply.
